What’s the scariest part of an audition?
I used to get scared when I cared whether or not I got the job. Once I stopped caring, it wasn’t scary at all. Of course, for the last three years of my career, I pretty much got whatever role I auditioned for.
What’s the best part of the audition?
Showing up my competition in the callbacks.

Not really. Of course, I don’t keep in touch with people in general.

Embarrassing moment on stage?
I once had the curtain open on me when I was still in the middle of a costume quick change and my pants were down around my ankles. Also, having to go shirtless in "The King and I."
Who is the most difficult person in a show you’ve worked with on or off stage?
In Singin’ in the Rain, we had a cast member who was high every night. And in one show, I had a double who decided he could just make up his schedule on the spot or miss performances when he felt like it.
What’s your #1 on stage pet peeve?
People who get into a rut and never do anything new or exciting.

Loud Talkers

Nope.

Yes, but it was cartoony drunk. Not tragic realistic drunk.
